Employee New Starter Form
An employer needs the information on the Employee New Starter Form (Link as further below) before the first payday to inform HMRC about a new employee and help them use the correct tax code.
Please do not send this form to HMRC. It’s important that the employee chooses the correct statement. If they do not choose the correct statement the employee may pay too much or too little tax.
